Yes. The demo on this page is free. No account, no card. It's a scripted sample so you can see how a round and its feedback look. The Try Pack is the cheapest way to do a real interview.

We use your voice live to run the interview. We don't keep the raw audio by default. The written transcript and feedback stay in your account until you delete them.
Yes, you choose when you build a session: a 5-minute drill, or 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 minutes. You can also pick a custom length from 5 to 40 minutes in 5-minute steps. Video sessions are up to 20 minutes, which is the monthly video allowance. The minutes come out of your monthly allowance. 40 voice minutes is about two 20-minute sessions or eight 5-minute drills. 20 video minutes is one 20-minute session or four 5-minute drills. You can end a session early, and any minutes you didn't use stay in your allowance. A session longer than the minutes you have left needs a top-up. A Try Pack session is up to 20 minutes. Sessions longer than 45 minutes are not available.
A one-off purchase: one voice session of up to 20 minutes plus one tailored resume and cover letter. No subscription. If you buy a quarterly or longer plan within 14 days, the Try Pack price comes off that plan.
Your plan minutes, voice and video, are a monthly allowance. They reset on your monthly renewal date, and on quarterly, half-yearly and annual plans you get a fresh allowance each month. Unused plan minutes don't carry over to the next month. Top-up minutes don't expire while you have an active plan, and we use them after your monthly minutes. The Try Pack session must be used within 30 days of buying.
If you're not sure yet, start with the Try Pack: it's fully refundable if you haven't used it. Because every interview minute costs us to run, plans are generally non-refundable once you've used them. If something isn't right, email us within 7 days of your first plan purchase; we review every request and may offer a full or partial refund as goodwill. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (up to 10 for the money to show, depending on your bank). If we charge you twice or a technical fault on our side stops the service working, you get a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. See the Refund and Cancellation page.
